No, generally if you can imagine it we can build it, the main consideration will be access when planning the enclosure.
Unfortunately we are not able to make curved glass.
When positioning the waste, you will need a void of 65mm below the tray. Alternatively, we can create a higher tray to accommodate a void, its also important to look at the position and orientation of floor joists when planning your installation.
Our standard thicknesses are 12, 20 and 30mm but we can mitre to create deeper tray if required.
We can provide a clear seal coating on glass which minimises cleaning of the glass and glass cleaning products. We seal natural stone trays with sealer and recommend that this is done every 6 months, if you would rather not do this we recommend a quartz or porcelain.
You must adequately support the total area of our bespoke and wet room trays on marine ply or tile backer board. You cannot lay the tray directly onto the joists. We can install all formwork and tanking if required.
Generally we can manufacture in 10-20 working days.
